Payment or input varies and depends on what you want to do and in which country but the price is fair enough for everyone to afford.

Salary also varies depending on skills and expertise. Ofcourse a housekeeper doesn't earn the same salary as a driver, teacher and security guard however salary is indicated on the contract before travel.

It takes the shortest period and at most 3 months.
