Recruitment Process

Client's demand received

Most often than not, assignment of work to applicants relies a lot on the orders from our clients overseas. The workers needed shall be the ones made available at the end of the selection and interview process before deployment. The steps that follow greatly base on this aspect, for it would be pointless to process and avail workforce that is not needed at the moment.

Candidate registration and pre-selection

Registration only takes place when there are slots for recruitment that are made known to us from overseas. The applicants after registration are made aware of the documents they have to carry as highlighted earlier. Unregistered candidates can not show up for interviews since they have not been registered in the first place and may not have the pre-requisites on the day of the interview.

Interview and selection by the client's delegates or via skype

A lot of ground is covered when it comes to Interviews and Selection. Viability matters a lot to our clients and so we crafted a special process for interviewing and selecting the work force to recruit to our clients. We have to meet the candidates face to face to determine their motivational levels, confidence, and capability, flexibility and behaviours. This helps us to determine perseverance and suitability to the jobs they indicate.

Offer letters for successful candidates received

This is one indicator that an applicant has paased the interview and is in cue for a slot to go work with a client overseas. However it is not madatory that they will surely go and work, any thing can still happen and any of the remaining steps in this process may still render this applicant unfit to go.

Medical tests done

Medical Tests are very important in determining the health and general wellness of a candidate before they travel overseas. They are intended to deter the spread of very contagious and dangerous diseases to other countries. It also serves to protect both our clients abroad and candidate applicants here in that, the candidates would have to stay and get the attention they need while the clients remain safe and well.

Visa application documents submitted and visas issued

A visa is a key component of this travel and the stay abroad for those who seek opportunities to go there to work. I cannot be skipped in this process, and many been denied the chance to work overseas on grounds of failure to secure a VISA. Set yourself up very well and be sure your visa is tucked away safely, before you continue to the next steps.

Emigration clearance and flight bookings

7. Emigration Clearance & Flight Booking Once all the steps apriori, have been satisfied, Emigration officers will have to clear the successful applicant for travel. This is where the applicant can now celebrate upon successfully attaining the target of going to work abroad.

Pre-departure briefing and orientation

Since Most of our applicants are usually first time travellers to the countries they intend to work from, we at Maguto, make it a point to brief and prepare our successful candidates for work abroad.
